Relationship/Sex Therapy

My Journey

I am an eternal student of wisdom & knowledge.
I am a seeker & adventurer at heart!

In my 20s, I studied design communications & graphic design, yoga, meditation, tantra and traveled. I left West Texas and moved to Austin, TX and became an entrepreneur integrating my love for teaching, yoga, business & travel.

In my 30s, I stayed dedicated to learning, teaching, traveling, maintaining friendships, relationships and a long-term marriage. I began my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling through Lubbock Christian University and decided to become a therapist specializing in Relationships & Sex therapy and began my studies in Sex Therapy through Sexual Health Alliance. My husband and I decided to split ways and I ended up moving to the beautiful state of Colorado to heal and re-build my life after divorce. I dated. I put myself out there. I tried new things and tasted new life.

Then, the global pandemic hit…

My 40s thus far have been about loss, grief, mourning, healing, finding my new self, finding new love, settling back home to West Texas, healing closer to my family, re-building and integrating all of my life experience, professional experience, education and trainings. Staying dedicated to being a constant student and continuing my growth + development as a Relationship/Sex Therapist, Educator, Entrepreneur and Creative. I finished my Couples/Sex Therapy certification through the Integrative Sex Therapy Institute. I LOVE being an Individual & Couples/Sex Therapist. I feel like it is truly a part of my life’s purpose.

When I am not seeing clients, I am operating my stock tank pool & event rental company, COYOTE POOLS, watching my nieces and nephews play sports, cooking, traveling, RVing, camping or exploring nature somewhere with my partner or friends.

I look forward to connecting!
