RE-WILDING RELATIONSHIPS

TEACHING HUMANS HOW TO RELATE.

Relatioship/Sex Therapy, Relationship Education, & tools for the

messy,  beautiful reality of human connection.

Dating. Love. Sex & Intimacy. Partnership. Marriage. Monogamy & Non-Monogamy. BDSM. Kink. Family. Conflict. Repair.  Separation. Starting again.

Relationships shape nearly every part of our lives—yet most of us were never actually taught how to navigate them.

Re-Wilding Relationships IS CHANGING THAT.

Whether you're learning how to date differently, choosing a life partner, preparing for marriage, navigating conflict, rebuilding intimacy, questioning your relationship, starting over—or simply wanting to become a healthier relational human—there is a place to begin.

Wherever you are on the journey, we'll help you find your trail.

RELATIONSHIPS ARE NOT LINEAR

Neither are humans.

We fall in love.

We lose ourselves.

We find each other.

We fight.

We repair.

We change.

We desire.

We disconnect.

We reconnect.

Sometimes we stay. Sometimes we leave.

And sometimes we simply have no idea what the hell we're doing.

WELCOME TO RE-WILDING RELATIONSHIPS

A modern Relationship education and Relationship/Sex Therapy platform helping humans better understand themselves, their partners, and the relationships that shape their lives.

Relationship & Sex Coaching available in United States

THREE WAYS TO BEGIN

LEARN

Learn before crisis becomes the teacher.

Explore RELATIONSHIP EDUCATION for dating, couples, long-term relationships, sex and intimacy, commitment, family relationships, relational health and major life transitions.

Courses, guided relationship trails, workshops, quizzes and practical tools help you understand what's happening—and what you can do next.

RELATIONSHIP/SEX THERAPY

When education isn't enough,

deeper work may be.

Re-Wilding Relationships provides Integrative Relationship & Sex therapy, Specialized Couples therapy, Individual Therapy & Sex therapy.

Relationship/Sex Therapy  addresses attachment patterns, nervous system regulation, emotional regulation, relational trauma, communication, conflict resolution, boundaries,

power dynamics, intimacy, desire, sexuality, sexual issues, infidelity, high-conflict relationships and relationship transitions.

Malia Scott, LPC, CSCT integrates approaches including Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Imago Relationship Therapy, attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems-informed work and Integrative sex therapy.

In-person Relationship & Sex therapy is available in Lubbock, Texas, with online Zoom therapy available to clients across

Texas and Colorado.

INTENSIVES

Sometimes 50 minutes isn't enough.

Relationship and Sex Therapy Intensives provide extended, focused time to work more deeply with patterns that can be difficult to address within traditional weekly sessions.

Intensives are available for couples, individuals and adult families seeking concentrated work around relationship distress, intimacy, conflict, attachment, infidelity, sexuality, major transitions and relational repair.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE IN CRISIS TO LEARN HOW TO RELATE.

For generations, we've treated relationship skills like something humans should somehow know naturally.

We don't.

Healthy relationships require skills.

Emotional regulation.

Boundaries.

Self-awareness.

Communication.

Listening.

Conflict.

Repair.

Accountability.

Attachment.

Differentiation.

Emotional and sexual intimacy.

Relational power.

Desire.

Knowing when to hold on—and knowing when to let go.

Re-Wilding Relationships brings relationship education out of the therapy room and into everyday life.

Because learning how to relate shouldn't begin only after something is broken.

RELATIONSHIP & SEX THERAPY THAT LOOKS BENEATH THE CONFLICT

Not every relationship struggles for the same reason.

Sometimes partners are emotionally fused and need stronger boundaries, differentiation and individual responsibility.

Sometimes two capable, independent people have become emotionally disconnected and need help finding one another again.

Sometimes the conflict isn't really about communication.

It's about power.

Attachment.

Resentment.

Sex.

Trust.

Shame.

Family history.

Adaptive strategies.

Or years of things that were never said.

Re-Wilding Relationships takes an integrative approach to understanding what is actually happening underneath the relationship pattern so individuals and partners can work with the right problem—not just the latest argument.

Sex is Part of Relating

And we talk about it. Out loud.
Sex Therapy is talk & somatic therapy.

Sexuality doesn't exist separately from the rest of your relationship.

Desire can be affected by stress, resentment, emotional connection, hormones, shame, body image, parenthood, aging, health, medication, betrayal, erotic differences, relationship dynamics and the simple reality of being together for a long time.

Re-Wilding Relationships provides sex-positive, inclusive education and therapy addressing topics including:

Desire differences • Low or changing desire • Sexual communication • Long-term eroticism • Infidelity and erotic recovery • Sexual shame • Kink and BDSM • Consensual non-monogamy • ADHD and intimacy • Sexual functioning • Pornography concerns • Erotic discovery

Because great relationships aren't only about learning how to fight better.

They're also about learning how to stay alive inside them.

Meet Malia

Relationship & Sex Therapist • Educator • Entrepreneur

Malia Scott is the founder of Re-Wilding Relationships, PLLC

an integrative Relationship & Sex therapist, educator and entrepreneur focused on helping humans develop healthier, more authentic and more connected relationships.

Her work explores the intersection of attachment, nervous system care, emotional regulation, differentiation, relational power dynamics, communication, sexuality, desire, intimacy and the patterns humans bring into their closest relationships.

Re-Wilding Relationships was created around a simple belief:

Humans shouldn't have to wait until their relationships are falling apart to learn how to relate.

THE FUTURE OF RELATIONSHIPS ISN'T MORE INFORMATION.

It's Relational Literacy

Learning how to know ourselves.

How to choose.

How to communicate.

How to listen.

How to regulate.

How to hold boundaries.

How to tolerate difference.

How to repair.

How to remain curious.

How to experience intimacy.

How to navigate sexuality.

How to love without abandoning ourselves.

And how to recognize when a relationship needs to change.

Technology can give us more ways to connect than ever before.

But it cannot replace the fundamentally human work of learning how to relate.

That's what we're here for.

Remembering
Cheyenne ❤️

At Re-Wilding Relationships, we focus on breaking unhealthy relationship patterns to foster strong, respectful, regulated, loving connections.

Remembering Cheyenne, we emphasize the importance of healthy relationships in preventing domestic violence, physical, sexual, financial and internal boundary violations. Cheyenne was murdered by her husband and then he committed suicide.

Don't let this happen to YOU!

If you or someone who is stuck in an unhealthy relationship, please reach out or contact a safe house in your city.

There is help & support.

Be the change. STOP the cycle of abuse.

So you don't lose the people you love.
