Couples & Sex Therapy

Couples therapy is for couples who are looking to heal, communicate better, find connection and work together on your relationship.

It requires a willingness from BOTH parties!

Couples & Sex Therapy integrates couples therapy and sex therapy. We incorporate psychoeducation, adult sex education, communication techniques, homework and more.

I work with and support BOTH heterosexual couples and the LGBTQIA+ community, in addition to monogamous and
CNM (consensual non-monogamous) relationship dynamics - open and polyamorous clients, and am kink & fetish-trained.

High Conflict Couples

High conflict couples are unable to tolerate difference, are unable to listen without interrupting, cannot resist growing defensive and contemptuous, and have lost the hope or confidence that the other will respect their feelings and their perspective.
I am Level 2 RLT trained and am very comfortable working with high conflict couples.

Adult Family Therapy

Adult Family Therapy is for adult families that want to work on healing issues, attachment ruptures and disagreements within your family of origin. We work on processing, repair, creating boundaries and healthy communication.
